Services we offer include:
Installation Qualification (IQ) - Assures your instrument meets product specifications. The system will be inspected to verify it is in good working condition.
Operational Qualification (OQ) - Verification that the system is functioning and that all critical operational parameters are within stated specification.
Mechanical Qualification (MQ) - Verification according to new standards that a dissolution bath meets ASTM E 2503 – 07
Performance Verification Testing - Verification that the instrument meets the Performance Verification Test (PVT) requirements as per USP <711> guidelines using USP standards
Preventative Maintenance (PM) - All worn parts such as seals, O-rings, belts will be inspected and/or replaced, lubrication and cleaning of critical parts, inspection of electronic and mechanical components
